Debugging Tools WIP

I have been working on some tools to abet development and debugging in Blender.

Debugging tools developed so far
  1. Introspect panel type
  2. Introspect space data properties
Thanks to the panel type debugger, I was able to figure out how the UserPreferences Editor tab switching behavior was implemented.

Following is a screenshot of both the tools in action.
