Learning about Operators #2 : Screen Toggle Grid

This post demonstrates

1. An user-defined Python Operator that enables you to toggle the Grid and axes display in all the 3D views in the current screen.
2. It also showcases three ways of executing the Operator
1. Running the Operator from the Console Editor
2. By clicking a button placed in the Info Editor Header
3. Invoking the operator from the Operator Search Menu
